SHIPPING

MADE TO ORDER - we commit to deliver your goods within 10 working days of placing an order. We will always endeavour to deliver your items quicker than this, however from time-to-time reasons beyond our control mean this time frame may be extended. Should this be the case we'll let you know straight away. If you need the goods especially quickly please let us know and we will do our best to fulfil the order to your requirements.

 

OTHER STOCKED ITEMS - original artworks held in stock will be shipped within 3 working days.

Where an order contains mixed goods we may send items separately so that products with a shorter delivery frame are not held back by items with a longer lead time. Where this is the case we will email to let you know when to expect your items. If you want all your items to arrive together please add a comment to the order at checkout.

RETURNS

MADE TO ORDER goods cannot be returned due to the personalised nature of the products being ordered to specification.

 

In the case of STOCKED ARTWORKS you have 14 days from receipt of the goods in which to cancel and return the artworks in their original condition for a full refund. Postage costs for the return of artworks are at the cost of the buyer, any damage during transit is the responsibility of the buyer and may result in a partial refund.
